I agree with being cautious with your baby. My youngest daughter, who turned 23 yesterday, was born 9/18/01. She was a month and a half early. She too was so small. I didn’t take her out in public and when I did, as I did with my older girls, I didn’t let anyone touch her. I never understood why people would want to touch a newborn, without asking also. I thank God, I had a netting over carriage and a crib blanket hiding her. It’s a tough time of year to have a baby, even full term. Just so much germs. I wish you luck and pray God will keep all your sweeties healthy this time of year. Beautiful family I love watching you and yours! ๐ซถ
My daughter was born with hip dysplasia. Her leg was slightly out of joint. The hospital pediatrician came to see us on the day we were discharged from the hospital. He said this happens because my estrogen hormones were elevated (due to labor ) Estrogen softens the joints normally to help the pelvis stretch during labor. (what a marvelous Creator we have!) Anyway, my baby joints were affected too. So, she had to wear a brace for a few months. It was worth it because she could have been affected in so many ways
